Time Advertised - A listing will be active on the website for a period of one calendar month. For example, a 1 month listing will be active from June 28th to July 28th.
Multi-Month Listing will run consecutively. For example, a 2 month listing will be active from June 28th to August 28th. You cannot bank unused time.
Monthly Bundles provides you with a minimum of 6 individual monthly listings at a discounted price. These monthly listings can be used at your convenience one month at a time or consecutively (a great deal for landlords who use the listing service frequently and/or have multiple properties. Contact us for more information.)
Definition of a Listing - A single rental property available for rent.
De-listing a Rental Listing will cancel any remaining time chosen to be advertised and assumes that you have been successful in finding a tenant for your rental property.
